Talk to us
Email, phone or the quote form — whichever suits you. A person reads all three.
Direct
- Phone
-
Our line goes live shortly. Until it does, email is the fastest route to a person and it is read every working day.
- Office hours
- Monday to Friday, and Saturday mornings. Messages sent outside those hours are answered once we are back at a desk.
- Where we are
- We work across the whole of Greater London rather than from a shopfront, so there is no walk-in address here. We are not going to publish one we do not trade from just to look local in a search result.
What helps us answer properly
- Both addresses — the one you are leaving and the one you are going to
- Which floor each is on, and whether there is a lift furniture actually fits in
- Roughly how many rooms of furniture there are
- Whether either street is controlled parking, and whether a building needs a booking
- Anything heavy, tall, fragile or genuinely irreplaceable
- Whether the dates are fixed or still moving
None of it is compulsory. Send two addresses and we will ask about the rest.
Use the quote form insteadIf something has gone wrong
Email with your job reference and what happened, and it goes to somebody senior rather than into a queue. Damage should be reported as soon as you find it — the reporting window is set out in the booking terms on our terms page, and the sooner we know, the easier it is to put right.
