Not a unit you rent and load yourself. We pack it, list it, seal the container and deliver it out when your date is finally firm.

Road moves out through the Channel with the customs declaration built from the survey inventory and lodged before the vehicle travels.
Packing, at four depths
Packing is priced separately from carrying because it is genuinely separate work, and because plenty of people want to do some of it themselves.
- Full pack — every room, by our crew, in the order the load will leave
- Part pack — typically the kitchen, the glass and anything framed
- Materials only — cartons, paper, tape and covers dropped off in advance so you can work at your own pace
- Unpacking at the far end, to whatever level you want: everything out and placed, or boxes opened and left
Four things we will not do
A firm that says yes to everything is telling you something about how it works. These are outside our trade and we would rather you found out here than on the day.
House clearance and waste removal
A different trade under a different licence. We take away our own packing materials and nothing else.
Appliance disconnection
Gas, plumbed and hard-wired work needs a qualified engineer. We plan the day around their visit and will happily coordinate with them.
Vehicles
A car or a motorbike belongs on a transporter. A specialist will do it better than we would.
Grand pianos and rare instruments
Uprights we move routinely. Beyond that we point you at a specialist, which is a better outcome than learning on your instrument.
